Michigan Baseball Showcase Online Application

There are 3 steps to applying for the Michigan Baseball Showcase:

Fill out the electronic application form below; check over your entries and
press submit. Information from the electronic application is used to print the book. Please be accurate.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION!!

Print out the waiver form.
Fill it out completely.
Have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.

Mail the the printed, completed and signed waiver
with a check payable to "GPBO" for $225 to:

Be sure to complete all three steps. Your application does not become effective until we receive your signed waiver, with a check. You will receive an email confirmation, and a follow-up letter. This will be sent via the US Postal Service, closer to the date of the Showcase. If you have any questions, please call or send an email.
