There are 3 steps to applying for the Michigan Baseball Showcase:

Fill out the electronic application form below; check over your entries and
press submit.

Print out these forms:
application and waiver.
Fill them out completely.
Have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
Mail the application and the waiver
with a check payable to "GPBO" for $225 to:

Come back to this site when your 2010 season is over,
and input your 2010 statistics!

Be sure to complete all three steps. Your application becomes effective when we receive your electronic application, your completed printed application with a check, and your signed waiver.
